In Tokyo, they let the dogs drive!
Isn’t that picture the funniest? Happy New Year, but more importantly, Happy Friday! I hope everyone found a meaningful and appropriate way to kick 2011 officially out the door and welcome the new year with big, open arms. For me that meant celebrating my 26th birthday with not one but two cakes (I know, right, luckiest girl alive!) and spending the first moments of 2012 underneath a cascade of falling balloons and confetti while a raucous crowd fist-pumped to M83’s Midnight City. Yes, my birthday falls during New Years’, which affords me the opportunity to embrace my new age at the same time as my blank slate. I’m starting to sort of dig it.
What does this have to do with #FriFotos? Well, naturally, the next best thing to cake, confetti, and blank slates are… puppies!
So may you enjoy relaxful times at home, in the Ecuadorian Amazon or where ever that may be…
May you always keep your playful spirit, even if it is frickin’ freezing up there on the Sacre Coeur…
And may you enjoy companionship of great friends in 2012.
