#FriFotos: The Happiest Place

Can you guess where the happiest place is?

It is a place not unlike Hogwart’s…

It is a place where a peaceful conservatory sprouts flowers and Chihuly.

It is a place with an industrious past and the best ketchup.

It is a place where Hollywood comes to film their movies – this one outside my old apartment. The year is 2007 and it starred Dennis Quaid (at the bus stop) and Sarah Jessica Parker (in the car).

It is a place where, at the ripe old age of 21, I finally grew up.

Have you guessed it?

Sometimes I wish I never left. But I did. Everytime I go back, I feel like I’m traveling to the inside of a hug. The best hug. The happiest hug.

Remember early last year when I said that The Happiest Place was having a moment? Turns out, National Geographic thinks it’s a top place to visit in 2012.
