Spotted, in New York, the beautiful (the incomparable) Elizabeth Taylor, with a few words of self-reflection:
I love that idea, to live dangerously. To live dangerously is to take the risk. To refuse to be subdued. To look around you and not only know you are capable of so much more, but to move yourself to action. To be more like Elizabeth Taylor.
I was in town for Christmas festivities (read: Rockettes at Radio City!) but what I would give to visit the Elizabeth Taylor Collection at Christie’s Auction House. Ah, who am I kidding, I wouldn’t be satisfied with just a visit. Unfortunately these days I’m barely a “Hundredaire” (rolling three Benjamins deep! holla!) but a girl can dream right? It’s not just the dresses and jewels, feast your eyes upon this luggage set! Maybe one day I’ll trade my backpack for Louis V? (Hey, I can hear you laughing through the screen!)
I also wouldn’t mind if I woke up one morning with the legs of a Rockette.
Like I said, a girl can dream.
Me too!
